USMC Credentialing and Badge Support SME - US Job at Charles F Day & Associates LLC

Education: · Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience in supply and/or credentialing administration
Duties:
- Provide credentialing support for the creation and issuance of Criminal Investigation Division (CID), Corrections, Law Enforcement and Law Enforcement Support Credentials, identification cards, CID dome/flat badges, LE/Corrections flat badges, and Military Police/Civilian Police (MP/CP) dome badges for MCLEP. Annually procure and refurbish all flat and dome badges listed above in order to maintain operational levels of inventory. This involves the procurement of up to $100K per year of credentialing material and equipment (in accordance with Table 1), accountability and storage of credentials and credentialing material for CID, Corrections, Civilian and Military Police Officers, and credential support of the Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act (LEOSA)
- Record and track the issuance of all above-listed credentials and badges through a HQMC-approved database, which is currently Data Housing and Report Tool (DHART). The Contractor shall conduct at a minimum a quarterly credential and badge accountability for the entire MCLEP
- Coordinate and procure the deactivation, re-issuance, and refurbishment of all credentials and badges
- Procure and maintain the equipment, type of software, and raw materials needed to create and maintain LEOSA, and credentials listed above
- The Contractor shall help maintain a Marine Corps approved website to solicit applications for both LEOSA B and LEOSA C credentials. The Contractor shall develop or procure an electronic means to communicate securely with separated/retired LEOSA applicants to process their LEOSA packages
- The Contractor shall create LEOSA packages from these applicants for approval by the HQMC credential manager for signature by the approving official. Once signed, the Contractor will mail the LEOSA credentials to the approved applicant. The Contractor shall create CID credentials as requested by HQMC CID Officer and prepare for signature by the authorizing official. Once complete the Contractor shall submit finished CID credentials to the HQMC CID Officer or CID Chief for mailing
- Support and assist with revisions of credentialing and badging policy and procedure development
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (or qualified exemption for disability or religious belief, practice, or observance)*
- Carry out other tasks as requested and assigned by the corporation, in time and manner. Likewise, the employee must adhere to and abide by what is established in the policies, regulations, codes, and provisions of the company. For example: To Download and install of apps needed, to take on-line training, etc.
Required:
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in supply and/or credentialing administration or as project manager/supervisor in supply or logistics
- Tracking supplies and controlled items; database input and query
- Ability to create reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoints utilizing Microsoft Office software
- Experience creating credential request packages and LE credentials
- Experience shipping equipment and materials
