The HT Group currently looking for Document Controllers who have experience in commercial construction for a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor expansion north of Austin. This is the largest construction project in Texas and one of the largest in the US. Role & Responsibility:
- Compile, record and administrate design and construction documents
- Sets up and maintains files, logs, and Uses PMIS (Project Management Information System/etc.) to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations
- Coordinates project document control tasks and maintains quality control of such tasks in accordance with quality control standard with periodic supervision from senior staff
- Proactively checks and coordinates project documents and computer filing structures
Qualifications:
- Five-year experience in the architectural/construction profession preferred
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software

- Five-year experience in the architectural/construction profession preferred

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
