Accounts Payable Clerk
Status: Full-time
Reports to: Director, Cash Management

Position Summary: The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible in processing payments for association expenses. Sort, prepare, and validate invoices and check requests. Prepare and mail daily check runs. Maintain recurring vouchers and process payments in a timely manner. Maintain accounts payable files, assist others including but not limited to vendors, management executives, auditors, and accounting staffs. Assists with 1099 MISC returns. Process monthly chargebacks. Manage day-to day payment AP cycle activities for at least 55+ properties in a timely and efficient manner. Must have good communication skills, punctual, problem solver, and a team-player.
Position Requirements: 2 years college degree with emphasis in accounting, business, or related field, and /or equivalent experience.
