UI/UX Designer

What will you be doing?

• Lead the UI/UX design team strategically to meet operational goals through the agile development cycle
• Drive the UX research with our marketers, analysts, and all key person in the eCommerce eco to position our target users by aligning our business model’s core competency
• Establish the design concept and its guidelines for all digital platforms
• Design the developing sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for both website and mobile app with in-house PMs and offshore engineering team
• Enjoy creating your own leadership and corresponding fun side-projects for the team

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX design, human-computer interaction, web design, or relevant fields
• 3+ years of UI/UX experience is required; a master’s degree or 5+ years of experience is a plus
• Strong UX design skills with the ability to simplify the interface and features (customer journey preferred)
• Understand the methodology of the agile development cycle
• Knowledge of digital design techniques and tools, including typography, layouts, color choices, and responsive design
• Familiar with design software and technologies, such as Illustrator, Adobe Xd, Photoshop, and Figma
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
• Legally eligible to work in the US

Salary:

The pay range for this job is between $18.00 and $35.00 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
