Looking for a Talented Healthcare Recruiter to manage our Physical, Occupational, Speech, Respiratory and MDS coordinator/assessor recruitment operations.
Therapy Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities will include:
- Developing candidate pool, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates
- Recruit and source using a variety of tools to include: internal database, Indeed, LinkedIn, coordinate Open House events, etc.
- Developing rapport and positive first impressions with candidates
- Coordinating with onsite SNF managers to schedule onsite or virtual interivews
- Close offers and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding process
- Tracking and trending of Open positions and Hires
- Quality improvmeent of Recruitment department
- Attend and recruit at conferences
