Test & Evaluation Engineer 2 (contract) Job at Boeing
- Develops technical instructions and standard operating procedures which define our test processes in order to fulfill spacecraft test requirements. Includes instructions for several test and evaluation functions, including test engineering operations, test equipment certification, and test system administration. Assists in tools development to operationalize new processes within a satellite product test lifecycle. Leads development, release, and flow out of assigned test products, working directly with the associated functional engineering teams. Assists in the maintenance of existing and new instructions, and processes changes to adapt to evolving test architectures.
Hybrid Role
- Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification.
Required:
- Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering,
- Local to El Segundo, CA (Can relocate at your own expense)
- 2+ years engineering experience
- Experience with Product Test Lifecycle
- Aerospace (Satellite Preferred) Experience
