Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Analyst:
- collaborate with members of the Technical Analyst and Project Management teams
- provide support to onsite technicians
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Required Skills for the Technical Analyst:
- 2+ years of Technical Support experience
- Fundamental knowledge of network infrastructure principles
- Cisco or Juniper Certifications
- parse device manuals and read technical documents

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
