Noah is looking to hire a marketing manager that will help to lead the clinical marketing strategy and messaging for the Galaxy System. This is a new, highly visible role within the expanding marketing organization that will work closely with physicians, clinical affairs and the sales organization to deliver targeted messaging and strategy for the lung navigation and biopsy market.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cultivating the overarching clinical marketing messaging and strategy for Noah’s first endoluminal robotic system
- Develop clinical marketing strategies based on past, present and future studies and market trends
- Develop messaging based on clinical data and technological value props of the Galaxy System
- Ensure our sales team is trained and able to deliver our clinical and economic value prop to all customers
- Work with KOLs to understand and influence direction of the clinical strategy
- Work closely with clinical affairs to help build roadmap for future data collection
- Create publication promotion strategy for future Noah publications
- Create and launch sales collateral (both digital and print)
- Ensure product branding is incorporated and communicated to all stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years marketing experience with a healthcare, life sciences, and/or medical device company.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects with key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a timely manner to cross functional partners.
- Social media expertise across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite required with live case and animation video editing skills preferred.
- Preference will be given to applicants based in the Noah Medical HQ in San Carlos, CA.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight.
Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonuses, stock and employee benefits including but not limited to PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, dental & vision insurance, life & disability insurance and a 401k plan.
