Maryland Family Resource, Inc. is an accredited outpatient mental health center that provides a continuum of mental health & rehabilitation services for children, adolescents, & adults with psychiatric disorders in Prince George's County, MD and DC.
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
School Based Mental Health Therapist (Full-Time Employment). School Based Mental Health Therapist position requires you to conduct individual therapy in a school setting, collaborate with school personnel consistently and submit notes and create treatment plans. Licensed therapists with a Maryland LMSW, LCSW, LGPC, LCPC license or licensed Psychologist are invited to apply. School bases are in the Prince George's school district.
MFR offers competitive compensation, a flexible work environment and the opportunity to work with children, adolescents and adults. In addition, we are an approved CEU provider for the State of MD Board of Social work Examiners and the Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. As well, we are an approved play therapy training program under the Association for Play Therapy. We provide regular, free CEU training in evidence based practices, play therapy, and other clinical topics to our staff.
