We're a property maintenance contractor in need of a Pressure Washer. You will work in teams operating trailer-mounted pressure washing equipment to clean retail sidewalks and parking garages.
FULL TIME with overtime opportunities and this position is year-round. Most shifts are overnight, but occasional day shifts
Job requirements include:
- Report to office in Fenton everyday
- Class E driver's license (or better) with a clean driving record (minimum of 3 years driving experience).
- Valid DOT physical is required before start date
- You must be drug free (all employees are tested and this also includes Marijuana )
- Ability to read maps and follow directions
- Ability to utilize email and navigate various apps and web based programs to track services performed
- Prefer: basic mechanical knowledge and equipment troubleshooting ability
Job duties:
- Safely drive company pick-up truck, with and without trailer.
- Operate trailer mounted pressure washers and related equipment.
- Utilize our cleaning technique to properly service customers’ sidewalks and parking garages.
- Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and stored, perform oil checks, submit issues to maintenance department.
