Blended rate: $2490/wk

Stipend: $1281/wk

13-week contract

Shift Pattern: 3x12's Days

Required - BLS, ACLS

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a busy medical facility in Fayetteville, NC. As an RN Medsurg/Tele, you will be responsible for providing timely and compassionate care to patients. This position involves working with patients who require medical and surgical care, as well as those who require telemetry monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assessing and documenting patient care needs

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitoring and recording vital signs and telemetry data

- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

- Educating patients and their families about care plans and treatments

- Maintaining accurate and complete patient medical records

- Observing and responding to changes in patient condition

- Assisting with the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients

- Ensuring adherence to safety, infection control, and quality initiatives

- Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Active RN license in the state of North Carolina

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Keen attention to detail

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
