Job description
Be familiar with using social media.
Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
Assist members with self check-in into Open Black Belt.
New member sign-up.
Take prospective members on tours.
Data Entry. Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Elevate questions and concerns to Head Coach as needed.
Must have great organizational skills.
Learn skills to develop and work in today's environmental.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic computer proficiency
A passion for fitness and health.
Upbeat and positive attitude!
Punctuality and reliability is a must.
Good listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
Must be able to work without constant supervision.
Self motivated.
