We are seeking a personable, outgoing, organized professional as a Receptionist in our St. Louis, MO office for CCA Global Partners. As the receptionist, you will be the ambassador of first impressions for CCA Global Partners and its operating divisions. This role is responsible for operating a multi-line telephone switchboard and managing the lobby area; as well as greeting, announcing, and directing visitors to appropriate staff. This position often performs various administrative responsibilities assisting divisions on short-term projects.
Our Receptionist will:
- Answer incoming calls; determine purpose of calls, and forward to appropriate staff or department.
- Have overall responsibility for the front lobby of the St. Louis Office, along with conference rooms and kitchens.
- Type memos, correspondence, and input data entry projects as well as coordinate and compile mailings to support various divisions and departments.
- Partner and keep good relationships with external vendors that provide mail, vending machine, water supply, and shredding services.
- Distribute mail in staff mail slots and coordinate overnight packages as well as maintain inventory of kitchen, coffee and copier supplies.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance of the lobby area as well as welcome on-site visitors, determining the nature of business, and getting them to the appropriate staff.
Do our requirements match YOUR background?
- High school diploma with 2-5 years’ receptionist or customer service experience.
- Outstanding, positive, and friendly demeanor and willingness to help all staff, visitors, vendors, and members.
- Punctual and reliable, and able to arrive each day at 8:00am to open the office and switchboard.
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle all information and/or work in a confidential manner.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written (inclusive of spelling and grammar) communication skills and the ability to communicate with corporate staff in a courteous, tactful, concise manner.
