Masis Staffing has a client in Nashua NH looking for a Press Operator . Temp to perm!! Benefits after hired on.

Hours:

2:00pm-10:00pm Mon- Fri

10:00pm-6:00am Mon- Thu

Pay Rate: $20-30 DOE

1. Safe and effective press operation, including identification and elimination of all materials containing defects defined as reject able with reference to customer requirements.

2. Thorough understanding of all press operations, including the ability to perform effectively at all operator/process stations.

3. Utilizing all available/applicable test equipment and procedures to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

4. Follow standard operating procedures including press operation, guidelines for troubleshooting, security, record/log keeping, and all relevant safety procedures.

5. Keep accurate, current records and related information in a neat and orderly fashion, with an emphasis on basic mathematical operations.

6. Practice safe and efficient material handling procedures for both raw materials and finished goods.

7. Back-up support for inspection using the rewinder, document inspection data and package finished goods in accordance with shipping procedures.

Qualifications:

· Previous press experience which provides a degree of proficiency in basic operation (5 years minimum).

· Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity to perform improvements and basic repairs to the machinery to minimize downtime and optimize output.

· Ability to learn the minimum computer skills required to control the associated operation monitoring functions on both the PLC and inspection system computers.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Must be willing to work shift work, overtime, and weekends as required.

· Medical certification to assure the physical capabilities of job performance.

· Ability to read, write, keep neat and accurate records, and follow written and verbal instructions.
