Harris & Bruno International (H&B) is seeking a Plant Manager for a new facility in Post Falls, Idaho. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations.

This Individual Will Be Expected To:

• Direct overall plant operations to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operating goals and objectives.
• Guide and direct manufacturing, assembly, and manufacturing engineering staff.
• Plan and manage multiple department budgets.
• Develop continuous improvement strategies utilizing lean principles.
• Align plant’s strategies for continuous improvement to overall company-wide operational strategies including communication and alignment with Roseville, CA manufacturing facilities.
• Foster safety environment that ensures team members are not injured.
• Ensure that company financial and delivery targets are being met.
• Create and implement KPI’s.
• Identify opportunities to improve plant financial results.

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to respond readily to unexpected situations and change course as need.
• Ability to collaborate with a multi-department & facility team.
• Project management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and effectively influence team members to accomplish company objectives.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 10 or more years of senior operations management experience.
• Prior plant management experience.
• Direct experience/training with Six Sigma or other Lean Manufacturing Principles.
