Hello! My name is Zac, I am the owner at Zscape Games. I started this business almost 4 years ago on my own and am looking for some more help managing the business and my extraciricular business activities. I do a lot and need somone who is highly organized and multitalented. I am working on finishing up the final room at Zscape and need someone to help keep me accountable and handle day to day tasks so I can stay focused.

Job Description:
* Help me create and manage a schedule for my day to day.
*Organize and clean areas of the escape room.
*Construction assistance: Basic painting, cleaning, holding things in place for me, running to the store.(Will not require heavy lifting)
*Train as a game master at the escape room for emergencies. (Employees call in sick, etc. Will not be scheduled outside of working hours)
* Schedule and book business trips and vacations. (You would be going with me occasionally)
* Use company money to purchase equipment needed
* Answering phone calls about bookings, rooms, or pricing.
*Running payroll once every 2 weeks.
*Helping maintain schedule at Zscape.
* Greeting, interacting, and creating an amazing experience for our guests.

Job Requirements:
* Using apps to figure out schedules, payroll and group communication.
***Organizational skills is a must!
* Computer literacy to help book rooms and take credit card payments for our guests.
* Comprehension and fluency of the English language, required.
* Must be comfortable speaking to groups of 2 or more people and engaging in small talk with our guests.
* Keeping up with light cleaning duties; such as, vacuuming, window cleaning, sweeping, wiping down locks.
* Using power tools, preferred.
* Shift may be between 4 to 8 hours per day. We can work on a schedule that works for both of us, but I prefer mornings!

Job Type: Part - time: 20-30 hours/week

Salary: $ 18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour

Experience: Customer Service = 1 year, preferred, not required.
