Due to growth, our progressive cardiology practice is looking for a dynamic patient centered candidate to join our outstanding team. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Compassion and dedication to working with the community is vital as the PSR acts as a practice ambassador, contributing to the overall patient experience. The primary location for this position will be Flemington, however candidate will also be required to provide staffing coverage in our Clinton and Bridgewater practices when needed. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately checking in and checking out patients in an expedient manner while providing excellent customer service, compassion, and kindness
- Verifying all patient demographic, pharmacy, insurance information and referrals
- Collecting copay's and issuing receipts for a patient’s visit
- Scanning medical documents and office forms as directed
- Scheduling office and diagnostic imaging appointments
- Fostering teamwork and ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere
- Completing other duties as directed by the Patient Services Coordinator or Manager
- Enhancing patients experience by providing clerical support, in a manner consistent with our Core Values.
