St. Anne's-Belfield School seeks an experienced, enthusiastic early childhood educator for a .50 teaching position in our Pre-School program for three and four-year-old children. Our Pre-School program delivers a strong academic foundation in the natural (outdoor) classroom. The ideal candidate is nurturing, responsive, flexible, collaborative, and committed to the benefits of nature based education. Our Pre-School faculty plan in a cross-curricular manner; develop activities to stimulate curiosity; build community within the classroom; implement our social curriculum; maintain a growth mindset, build strong, trusting partnerships with families, and hold a commitment to ongoing professional development in outdoor education.
Prior Pre-School or early childhood classroom experience is required. Candidates must have a bachelors degree.
