Natural Retreats is hiring a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our Park City, UT team! Come join the best luxury vacation rental management company! The Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments in the administration of their daily, weekly, and monthly duties.
Compensation: $23-$25/hour

ESSENTIONAL FUNCTIONS:
- Enter and close workorders daily
- Verify all charges are posted for Month End
- Post all charges, organize Owner Statement Review, make any necessary changes prior to each month’s deadline
- Schedule pre-audit of Owner Statements with Maintenance Manager
- Verify that inventories are being completed by the due date each month and are compiled together and turned into accounting on time each month
- Ensure that business license applications for all new homes/ condos are submitted in a timely basis with the proper licensing agency
- Ensure all business license renewals are and Health permit renewal where applicable are recorded and filed annually within the license renewal period.
- Communicate any emergency/unscheduled repairs to homes and needed maintenance repairs to management team promptly.
- Assist maintenance techs in ordering supplies
- Maintain records and inventory on Vehicle fleet
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in technology such as cell phones and basic computer skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and invoicing responsibilities
- Proactive and flexible in approach to job duties and problem-solving
- Ability to exercise good judgement
- Oral and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer/guest focus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
DESIRED
- Experience in the hospitality industry
POSITION TYPE/HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job, the Operations Coordinator should be flexible with their hours. Weekends and holidays are required and will generally be busy and considered working days with guest arrivals and departures although these can be covered on request and approval of the Maintenance Manager and General Manager. We encourage all of our Team Members to take 2 days off per week where possible. Guests can arrive at unpredictable times, and the Operations Coordinator should always be available in case of emergency, which includes some on-call hours. Generally, this means working some inconsistent hours. Exact daily schedule may vary and differ from in-season to off-season. Vacation is generally taken out of peak season.
