What You'll Do:
- Understand and support Level's end-to-end systems that drive customer acquisition, implementation, transaction processing, and payments.
- Ensure clean, complete, and accurate data is entered into our systems and tracked appropriately.
- Identify and surface trends, determine root cause analysis, optimize processes, and collaborate with Operation Managers to provide recommendations.
- Coordinate with various teams and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external customers by using knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise.

This position has a minimum base salary equivalent of $54,080 and a midpoint base salary of $56,160. This role is non-exempt, paid at an hourly rate and overtime eligible. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards.
