Overview:
Terrace of Delray is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Delray, FL.
The facility is now hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a fully integrated in-house department. The highly trained therapy professionals treat a well-balanced mix of patients and are exposed to a variety of medical diagnoses and conditions.
The therapy department works seamlessly with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.
Work Schedule:
Full-time. Monday through Friday. There is a separate PRN team that covers weekends/holidays.
Caseload:
The patient population is primarily geriatric and includes ortho, neuro, and general debility.
The productivity expectation is 80%.
Job Requirements:
Eligible for Florida state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
New Grads will be supported and mentored.
Must be available for full-time hours.
