Nuclear Weapons SME Job at Sawdey Solution Services, Inc.
The Nuclear Weapons SME will directly support the Nuclear Technology and Integration Directorate, Nuclear Surety and Certification Division (AFNWC/NTS). This division is responsible for guiding and managing the Air Force's Nuclear Certification Program, independently assessing Nuclear Surety, and executing Compatibility Certification of all Air Force and Allied air-delivered nuclear capabilities.
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
- Provide assessments of new technology efforts for Air Delivered vehicles as well as assisting with developing requirements for future technologies.
- Combine knowledge of Nuclear Surety and Certification to provide support of all Air Force and Allied air-delivered nuclear capabilities.
- Comfortable working on ill-defined problems with many variables.
- Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
