The West Atlanta Division of Adams Homes is in need of licensed real estate agents to provide off days to our on-site agents (2 days per week). We need someone with a great attitude and a willingness to learn our business model and to duplicate it with consistency. We'll teach you everything you need to know, all you need to do is apply!! 

This is an awesome opportunity for an agent that wants to grow their clientele as well as learn the builder side of the business.

** Requires a Georgia Real Estate License (your license will remain with your current brokerage) **

Compensation:

• Based on your ability to represent buyers that come into the model home to purchase from Adams Homes and don’t have an agent to represent them on the contract.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Willing to sit on-site in our furnished model homes two days per week.
• Answer questions from model home visitors regarding pricing and current inventory.
