We are hiring immediately! We're needing a Client and Facility Monitor for our Everett Location. Join THS and help us meet the demand for behavioral health services in the Puget Sound region.

Client and Facility Monitor Responsibilities & Daily Tasks:

• Monitor the parking lot and defined areas around THS facility locations
• Helps vehicles enter/leave the property safely
• Observes patient behavior, and reports to supervisor any suspicious behavior, like drug dealing, selling bottles, lock-boxes, etc.
• Ask clients to move along and not congregate on the sidewalks
• Ensures that individuals are smoking in the designated smoking area
• Be aware of client activity in the surrounding community
• Document information as a case management note in Profiler
• Record documentable incidents on an incident report
• Ensure that parking lot is cleared of garbage and debris at least twice daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
