Who We Looking For
We are currently looking for a Member Support Center Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who can work hard, have fun, while dreaming big. We are looking for a confident, self-aware team player who is detailed-oriented, highly organized and who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for our members while also being the expert and first point of contact for phone, on-line chat, and Digital Banking messaging for all member account topics. As a successful member of our team, you will also be someone who serves as a flexible problem solver who actively guides and educates our members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in high-caliber customer service. Previous credit union or bank experience preferred.
