Keystone Care LLC is hiring a RHIA certified Medical Records Resource who can service multiple skilled nursing facilities in our Texas market. We are committed to providing an excellent clinical experience for our patients and an amazing work environment for our employees.
Status: Full Time with benefits
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Location: Traveling role within the state of Texas > 50%
Medical Records Resource Overview:
- Supports multiple skilled nursing locations to orient, train, develop, and support our Medical Records Directors
- Ensure the integrity and security of a complete medical records
Qualifications:
- RHIA / RHIT certification required.
- Experience with HIPAA, Electronic Health Records, Federal and State regulations for Long Term Care facilities.
- Ability integrate with an Interdisciplinary Team.
