Logistics Call Center Rep Job at Quest Diagnostics
Logistics Call Center Rep- Lenexa KS - 3 months training on site in Lenexa, Then moves to REMOTE/work from home. (Must live near Lenexa, KS).
Shifts:
- Monday- Thursday and Saturday
- Tuesday- Saturday
- Sunday- Thursday

Expectations:
- Receives phone calls from clients, documenting detailed information, for specimen pickups transported to the lab
- Work collaboratively with co-workers, leaders and cross functional team members
- Maintain effective, level of communication with Local Leadership, to report service impacting issues.
- Strong organizational skills Ability to follow company and department policies and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
