What You’ll Do:

SambaSafety is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst (the “Analyst”) who will assist the Associate General Counsel with a variety of duties. No prior “specialized” experience in a particular area is required to be successful in this role. We are primarily focused on finding a highly motivated individual who is

In this role, the Analyst will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounting in the procurement of new and renewing business deals.

The goal is for the Analyst to own the management and administration of customer contracts, including reviewing and editing key customer agreements, amendments, nondisclosure agreements, evaluation agreements, testing agreements, standard purchase agreements and other forms. The role will eventually own and maintain our deal/contract “playbook” and ensure that contracts abide by our corporate policies and standards.

The role is also responsible for ensuring that proper due diligence is conducted on customers and prospects to minimize the risk of fraudulent activity. The Associate General Counsel will also need assistance with continuing to formalize and mature our know your customer (KYC) program, and this role will provide pivotal support to that project.

Prior experience is a plus but is not mandatory. We anticipate on the job training. This role can be a great steppingstone towards various potential roles, either internally or externally, including gaining the experience required to work in Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Compliance, etc. You will get back what you put in. Salary range: $60,000- $75,000 depending on expirence
