MCD Landscaping is growing in size this year due to increased demand in the previous years to take on new long term clients. If you enjoy being outside this might very well be the opportunity you have been looking for.
This is our 20th year in business and MCD Landscaping only works in the Kennebunk - Kennebunkport and the Goose Rocks Beach areas. MCD specializes in lawn mowing and landscape maintenance for coastal high end residential properties. We have a large local client base and all of our work is for long term clients. Also we only work on a handful of small commercial properties that our existing clients own. We do not have a website, we operate on our quality of work and word of mouth referrals only.
We offer a very relaxed work environment for our employees! We offer a very high level of service to our clients but at the same time it is very important that we keep the level of stress in our workplace to a bare minimum or non existent. Simply put, we have been doing this a long time and keeping the work environment enjoyable to all our employees is one of our most important goals! By doing this our employees enjoy their job, take pride in their work and provide a very high level of service to our clients.
We pay very competitive wages! Pay is based on experience and willingness to learn along with other factors. Overtime is also offered throughout the season.
An overview of our specific services: Weekly Lawn mowing (Walker Mowers) - Landscape Maintenance (pruning, mulching, hedge trimming, garden maintenance, etc.) - Landscape Construction (Lots of Plantings, lawn / sod installation, hardscapes, etc.)
