Housekeeping Job Description
Summary:
A customer focused, and friendly individual who is able to maintain a clean and healthy environment for customers and employees by maintaining and/or improve the cleanliness and appearance of the mall common areas and keep the mall in a clean and orderly condition.
Housekeeping Job Duties:
- Clean and maintain all common areas of the Mall
- Ensure the overall safety of immediate work area as well as surrounding areas
- Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies
- Possess the ability to perform all tasks and operate equipment, associated within the housekeeping department.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
- Report any damages or repairs needed to management
Requirements
· Proven experience as a housekeeper or janitor
- Detail-orientated and keen observation skills
- good communication skills - verbal and written
- reliability and dependability
- Lifting/ carrying up to 20lbs.
Education & Experience
· Minimum 1 year housekeeping/Janitorial experience
· High school diploma or GED
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
