We are looking for energetic, hard-working individuals to join our team of Groundskeepers. The successful candidate will be responsible for landscaping, lawn care and litter removal. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor & Resident Manager, and the ideal candidate is one who displays attention to detail, professionalism and strong communication skills.

This job description is not included to be all-inclusive, all employees will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management, as required. See also RU-91 for physical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Clean entryways/stairwells, remove leaves, debris and cobwebs from building.
• Patrol of grounds and remove litter.
• Sweep/blow all sidewalks and parking areas, including dumpster area.
• Maintain the exterior of buildings.
• Conduct interior/exterior painting & cleaning.
• Maintain pool and spa, clean as needed.
• Stock and maintain clubhouse, fitness center, laundry area and playground.
• Proven ability to work with people to meet residents' needs.
• Reliable transportation, as well as clean DMV record for use of company vehicles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Work safety and compliant with proper use of PPE.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
