We are currently seeking a Fulfillment Specialist - First Shift for our Fulfillment Department.

Essential Functions:

Pick/Pack/Ship by:

• Confirm orders
• Pick orders efficiently – reviewing fast/slow moving items
• Pack orders
• Quality check orders

Responsible for Receiving/Material Handling:

• Perform transfers of inventory as needed
• Receive deliveries/assist unloading trucks as needed, including operating various types of warehouse equipment, verify with packing slip if provided and document deliveries on receiving log
• Count cycles
• Good communication skills to keep Account Management and the Fulfillment Director informed on deadlines, inventory, etc.
• Provide back-up for Warehouse Supervisor
• Clean the warehouse as needed
• Knowledge of Direct Response, Ship Store, Print Stream and courier systems in order to receive, audit, adjust, or ship orders
• Work with pallet jacks
• Communicate with Account Managers via email/phone

Machine Setup:

• Set up Hand / Finishing Machines as needed to finish jobs

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• 1-3 years of experience in a Production or Fulfillment environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and mathematical aptitude
• The ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple work assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work in a team environment and self-sufficiently by themselves
• The ability to lift 50 lbs. and grasp bundles of material up to 4” thick repeatedly
• The capability to stand, bend, and stoop for periods of up to 8-10 hours a day
• A positive attitude and multitask-oriented mindset
