This position, located in Vancouver, Washington, opens new accounts, originates and funds consumer loans, and strives to exceed branch and corporate goals while providing the highest level of member service. Provides information on Columbia’s products and services and makes other business line referrals. Applicants must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced branch environment, while offering excellent member service in person and over the telephone. Previous financial institution and lending experience along with an understanding of all federal and state lending laws and regulations required.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to meet sales and service expectations within a production environment.
  • Must be team oriented.
  • Notary and Signature Guarantee designation.
  • Credit Life and Disability License preferred.
  • Must be professional in behavior and communication.
  • Must be available to work: Monday through Friday and Saturdays to include a split week schedule, as needed. Must be available to attend branch meetings when scheduled.
  • Proficient use of banking and lending software and resources necessary to perform daily duties.
