Shugarman’s Bath is a family owned and operated company, specializing in shower and bath remodeling in San Diego county and beyond. We are the fastest growing bathroom remodeling company in Southern California, and we were recognized as “Best Kitchen & Bath Remodeler” by SD Best 2022.

Positions: Events Staff (Guest Relations/ Brand Ambassadors)
Schedule:
- 6-7 hour shifts
- Shifts available: 10:30am- 4:30pm, and 4:00pm- 11:30pm
- Wednesday - Sunday
- Must have weekend availability
- Reimbursement for mileage and parking fees
Location: San Diego County and Orange County
Pay: $17/ Hour + Bonuses
Overview: Interact and engage with attendees and customers at our company booths throughout events and shows in San Diego and Orange County. Answer any questions about our bath remodel process— don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything! Ask the right questions to gauge our attendee’s bath remodel needs. Set up appointments for customers to meet with our design team. Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution. Report to Event Manager.
We offer bonuses for appointments that result in a meeting with our design team. Hourly compensation is paid every 2 weeks, and bonuses are added to the bi-weekly paychecks.
Requirements:
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Committed to providing the highest level of customer service
- Previous customer service experience is desired but not required
- Must be okay with being on your feet during entire shift & working outdoors
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, with a desire to learn and grow with a growing business
