The Position:
As a professional Esthetician in our Spa at The Willcox, you take pride in your work and are a part of creating a bigger experience for our clients. From empathizing with customers to providing client education and recommendations, your knowledge of skin care services sets you apart. In this role, you will be providing facial, and skin care services with our Dermalogica product line, as well as Intraceutical facials and microdermabrasion services. There is a high-level training provided for this position as well as opportunities to earn commission on product sales.
Qualifications
- South Carolina Esthetician License required
- Demonstrated customer service and/or sales experience with an ability to promote and sell services and products.
- Ability to assess client skin challenges and provide recommendations
- Up-to-date with the latest salon products, techniques, and trends
- Places importance on all health and safety regulations
. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Ability to stand throughout shift and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
