Data Entry Clerk/Back-Up Shipping Coordinator Job at Titanium Processing Center, Inc.
Metals distributor seeking a Data Entry Clerk/Office Help with experience in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate will be a reliable, goal oriented, self-starter. We are a tight-knit company working in an open environment, so teamwork is a must!
Job requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with QuickBooks a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entering Estimates/Quotes
- Entering Sales Orders
- Provide The Following Back-Up to Shipping Coordinator:
* Fill Out Bill of Ladings
* Prepare Shipping Paperwork (Domestic and International)
*Prepare Customer Material Reports
* Schedule Shipments
Basic office tasks required: Answer and route calls. Provide documents and information per customer's request. Assist sales with customer needs.
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Compensation to be based on experience.
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check *
