Part-Time Work: 8am to 11am, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Pay: $14.00 per hr. + Performance Bonus ($300-$700 per quarter)

Training on-site in Flower Mound, TX for 6 weeks (based on performance). After that remote with occasional time spent in the office.

We are searching for a Vendor Credential Specialist that will be responsible for the administration of inbound responsible for the administration of inbound credential documents related to the IntelliCentrics Healthcare Industry Representative (HCIR) service offering.

Responsibilities

• Assess the credential document received from the customer; to determine if the submitted document meets the defined credential acceptance criteria.
• Inspect the customer application for accuracy and completeness.
• Correspond with the customer for each rejected credential submission due to not meeting the credential acceptance criteria.
• Complete duties within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure communication of errors and forgeries within the established process.
• Maintain team communication and support questions and shared knowledge
• Suggest improvements to processes and/or revisions and updates to the shared database and step-by-step instruction tool.
• Special projects as assigned.

Required Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
