Corporate Human Resources Business Partner Job at Motus Integrated Technologies
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate and provide guidance and coaching to senior leaders to address complex human resource issues
- Work directly with senior leadership in writing, launching, and maintaining standardized HR policies and procedures
- Develop, train, and deploy HR business strategies to drive key business results
- Responsible for Corporate new hire onboarding program
- Manage HR operational projects, CI initiatives, and global HR best practices in order to meet the demands of the business
- Partner with global plant HR Managers to identify and standardize HR work processes and procedures as well as proving HR backup and support
- Drive the global performance management and succession management system and activities
- Act as backup HRIS administrator for the organization
- Collect, analyze, and Pareto data to drive decision making
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or equivalent
- Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with increasing responsibility
- Previous experience partnering with senior business and operational leaders is a plus
- Subject matter expert in human resource operations (policies, procedures, systems, practices)
- Demonstrated experience advising senior management on HR insights, risks, and implications of decisions
- Experience with project management and delivering training a plus
- Strong presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills
- Well-rounded business background
- Excellent leadership and capability to influence and build trust with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency, and ability to multi-task, prioritize and analyze data
