Responsibilities:

  • You will take receipt of specialized AV equipment, apply required updates and configurations following specific manufacturer checklists
  • Maintain and improve validation checklists, image repositories, and other documentation as required
  • Take ownership of the Lab environment to assure a functional and organized workspace – this includes regular upkeep and improvements as deemed necessary by management
  • Proactively seek out information and updates on key manufacturer equipment to remain current on systems and technology that is vital to your success
  • Engage team members and management to broaden your knowledge – this may include training opportunities, individual mentoring, or any other type of self-education
  • Participate in team and company meetings – vitally important to be an engaged and involved member of the team and organization.
  • Be available to assist in the Warehouse and any other department as needed. This is a collaborative company and your position requires flexibility and accommodation
  • Learn how our Support Team operates and participate in Level I cases as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of audiovisual (AV) systems and technology
  • Ability to understand and brainstorm creative solutions to complex problems
  • Working knowledge of IT and networking
  • Ability to self-manage tasks and priorities without constant oversight
