CNC Programmer Job at FLOWCO PRODUCTION SOLUTIONS
Responsibility
Summary: Create and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam and G-code, as well as, accomplishing process improvements, machining optimization and CNC program proofing. Will also design fixturing, analyze and solve machining problems.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Setup and operate all equipment in the machine shop
- Advise process improvements for efficiency, tool life and quality, and help implement
- Trouble shoot machining problems
Minimum Skill Required
- Required: High School Diploma/GED
- Required: Mastercam experience a must
- Required: Knowledge of G-code programming
- Required: Ability to read blue prints and drawings
- Required: Knowledgeable on fixturing, tool design and setups
- Required: Knowledgeable on feeds/speeds vs. tooling and materials a must
- Required: Able to read and take direction in English
- Required: Strong CNC Lathe experience
- Preferred: Experience with Haas CNC’s (Lathe and Mill)
- Preferred: Multi-axis CNC lathe and CNC mill experience
- Preferred: Experience with API threading preferred
§ Required: Knowledge of G-code programming
§ Required: Ability to read blue prints and drawings
§ Required: Knowledgeable on fixturing, tool design and setups
§ Required: Knowledgeable on feeds/speeds vs. tooling and materials a must
§ Required: Able to read and take direction in English
§ Required: Strong CNC Lathe experience
Must pass background check and drug screening.
