We are searching for a very sharp, detail-oriented, resourceful, multi-talented generalist – with at least three years of experience in project management and executive support. Your central goal is to help support all functions of our company to ensure that we thrive. You will be working from the San Francisco office, at least 3/4 time in the office.

About The Role

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position onsite. Core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

Our Chief of Staff plays a critical role in supporting our company's reach and successfully raising future funding. You will oversee various aspects of managing the logistics of all of our executives, including strategic planning, fundraising planning, presentations, interactions with colleagues, and strategic scheduling. Ultimately, our Chief of Staff is a key person to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chief Executive’s schedule, including scheduling meetings and planning travel
  • Support fundraising with organization and scheduling
  • Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organization
  • Assist the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules
  • Support all areas of the business
  • Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance

Requirements and skills

  • Experience with budget management
  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
  • Proven success in a project coordination role
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project reporting kills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
