We are hiring car wash associates to join our friendly team and fun outdoor atmosphere! Our employees take pride in their work and strive for excellence ensuring that customers have the best experience each time they visit our car wash.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, self-confidence, and personal/professional maturity.
  • Be enthusiastic; Must enjoy working with people indoors and outdoors
  • Experience working in high pace environments where 75 – 150 customers are served per hour.
  • Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethics; Ability to hustle with a SMILE on your face
  • Be available to work on both weekend days & evenings
  • On feet 90% of day serving customers and team; frequent walking, bending/kneeling, and to move supplies.
  • Pass background check; Positive endorsement of previous employer(s).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently with frequent communication with the site leader.
  • Learn and perform hourly checklist items that includes checking the equipment and cleaning the facility every hour.
  • Perform daily opening and/or closing duties with comprehensive and detailed approach to checklists.
  • Tech savvy and must be able to help customers with app installation, usage etc.
  • Extreme focus towards SPEED of processing customers through car wash
  • Extreme focus towards HOSPITALITY and QUALITY of Car Wash
  • Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly Preventative Equipment Maintenance.

Compensation:

  • $10.50 - $13 / hour
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $1,000 /year.
