ABOUT YOU:
Restoration Builders Inc. is seeking to add a service-oriented, high-energy, multi-tasking, Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team! You'll have the opportunity to have a real impact, grow your skill set, and work with our departments across the United States.
Your mission is to help customers have an excellent experience with Restoration Builders. The Customer Success Team curates an exceptional, personalized experience by focusing on individual needs and being a consistent resource for our customers. Customer Support Specialists assist all departments with the execution of tasks behind the scenes to help ensure a seamless experience for each customer.
Training in job-specifics is provided, however, prior customer service experience is strongly preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide world-class customer support via email, CRM, and phone channels.
Accurately input customer data and notate communication into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Support the Sales and Production Departments as an additional line of communication for customers.
Provide proactive engagement with customers including follow-up emails and calls.
Identify customer advocates that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, references, referrals, etc.
Customer scheduling from initial consultation through the post-installation walk-through.
Follow up with customers to ensure we performed above expectations and manage feedback from customer surveys and reviews.
Additional responsibilities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Flexible Schedule - Open to working days, evenings, and occasional weekend shifts during peak seasons.
Organized and able to follow processes
Technically inclined - Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute and can learn new software and systems quickly (knowledge of CRM systems preferred)
High School or equivalent 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in construction-related industries
Bi-lingual preferred
Construction company experience preferred
Compensation: $19 - $22 Per Hour Benefits:
Company health insurance offered 1st day of month after 60 days
80 hours of vacation during the first year
40 hours of sick time after 90 days
10 paid holidays
Direct deposit payroll processed bi-weekly
