Behavioral Health Therapist (Office Setting)
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus! Under the general supervision of the Public Health Administrator of Henry/Stark Health Department in collaboration with North Central Behavioral Health Systems, Inc., the Integrated Therapist will provide direct clinical service to patients of all ages and will work in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health and substance use services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Provides both individual and group therapy.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment and proficient with electronic health record and computer programs.
- Required Minimum of Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapy and experience in addictions treatment.
- Preferred State of Illinois Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or License Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Preferred knowledge/experience with dual (mental health and addictions) disorders.
