Automotive Finance Manager Job at Northgate Chryser Dodge Jeep Ram
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Prepare, verify, and execute all purchasing documents with the sales department.
- Prepares transaction documents by completing loan agreements, Department of Motor Vehicle registration, and related documents.
- Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Maintain the dealership reputation. Customer information is to be kept confidential while complying with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR
- Assists sales desk in structuring deal
- Consistently adheres to all F&I office process and flow of contracts
- Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with constant communication with business office
- Tracks and monitors F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetrations
- Participates weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues
- Assists General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong negotiation and presentation talents and skills
- 2 years Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience
- Menu selling experience is required
- Professional appearance and behavior with excellent communication ,written and oral skills
- Ability to follow set guidelines and rules inside of team atmosphere
Strong organizational skills Ability to train finance and sales personnel
Documentation of candidates past accomplishments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
