Revology Cars is hiring an ENTRY LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE FABRICATOR to build new Ford-licensed reproduction 1965-68 Mustang and Shelby GT automobiles.

PAY AND BENEFITS

· An entry level automotive fabricator in our company will make between $41,800-$47,840 per year

· This is NOT a flat rate job! Your pay is stable, and you don’t have to worry about business slowing down, new techs being hired, or not being assigned enough hours

· The normal work week is 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Optional Friday OT work is usually available. This position does NOT require evening or Sunday work

· 80.0 hours paid time off (PTO) starts accruing immediately after hire, and new hires are eligible for holiday pay (72.0 hours per year) after only 90 days

ABOUT THE JOB

· Entry level automotive fabricator positions are suitable for someone with a technical certification in welding or equivalent work experience

· Entry level automotive fabricators will work alongside experienced, expert techs and learn and develop their skills to advance to more challenging positions with higher compensation over time

· Entry level techs work in several of the 28 workstations in the production area. Responsibilities may include cutting, welding, metal finishing, fitting and gapping sheet metal, and more

REQUIREMENTS

· Successful completion of a vocational program in welding and/or equivalent practical work experience

· Very high standard of quality with a keen eye for detail

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and able to use, or willing to learn how to use, an iPad

· Ability and willingness to follow work instructions and do things the same way, to the same standard of quality, every time
