We are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to our clients on a range of employment law matters. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on employment law matters, including but not limited to employment discrimination, wage and hour laws, and Title VII compliance.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in court and administrative hearings, including EEOC and DOL investigations.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on employment law issues.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 2+ years of experience in employment law, including experience with employment discrimination, wage and hour laws, and Title VII.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and satisfaction.
