BridgePoint Associates is searching for highly motivated Associate Recruiters to join our growing team and assist with filling open positions nationwide. This position is a great entry point for a rewarding career. We provide extensive training and technology to help you succeed. This is a remote position. EST or CST Time Zones.
The Associate Recruiter will report to one of our Recruiting Managers and contributes significantly to the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. The Associate Recruiter will source and screen candidates, as well as assist with the research and identification of prospective clients. This role has the opportunity to fast track to a Recruiting Specialist that will interview candidates for a portfolio of open jobs throughout the country. The position manages a high volume of candidate contacts through email, phone calls and video interviews. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task, work independently and meet strict deadlines. No prior recruiting experience is required. Compensation package includes base salary and commissions. Base salary minimum and maximum are $32,000 per year.

Responsibilities include:
  • Work closely with our team to learn the full lifecycle of our recruitment process
  • Research and identify contacts at prospective clients to support the growth of new business
  • Leverage technology to identify candidates for open positions from various sources
  • Screen incoming applicant resumes
  • Manage the flow of data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy of records
  • Collaborate with and provide support as needed to our recruiting and sourcing teams
  • Other support, as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ year(s) professional work experience
  • Desire to learn
  • Ability to perform rapid and accurate internet research
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
