Assistant Managers provide the best customer service in the C-store industry. They are friendly, helpful, and always making a customers day brighter. A typical day for a RSA with SunStop is exhilarating and exciting. No two days are the same. The work day will consist of operating a cash register, stocking, cleaning, interacting with customers , paperwork, scheduling , and being a good team player to your co-workers. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is required.
All Assistant Managers must be friendly, self-motivated, great communicators, easy to get along with, helpful in nature, and willing to go the extra mile for the customer every single day.
