Are you a high-caliber salesperson looking to make your mark? Come join our all-star team of Inside Sales professionals. Compensation is heavily commission and bonus driven. Earn $20 - $25 per hour if you’re an average performer. The best will earn up to $35 per hour.
We provide a $16 per hour starting base, but if you are meeting our minimum standards, your base wage will average out to be $20 per hour.
Environment Control is a national janitorial service provider headquartered in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Our corporate office environment is friendly, professional, and comfortable, but we are a high-performance organization. The Corporate Sales Department sets bid consultations with local businesses for our outside sales specialists around the country. Callers start part time.

Compensation and Benefits Information
